It looks like Jennifer Lopez has finally ended her months-long search for new NYC digs, settling on a $22 million NoMad penthouse – with superstar next-door neighbours like Chelsea Clinton and NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon. But it’s not the nearby celebs that make the 6,500-square-foot duplex (with 3,000 square feet of outdoor space!) truly stunning. Jenny from the Block should feel right at home. The 90-year-old Whitman Building, where J.Lo’s new place is located, stretches the entire span between two city blocks, making its four converted condos some of the longest apartments in New York City (and the roomiest, with spacious 12’4″ ceilings).
Inside, she’ll find four bedrooms, six baths, and minimalist interiors ripe for personalisaation: The open plan kitchen has stark white custom cabinetry and the bathrooms feature Italianate marble slab. And if she wants to move the party outside, there’s plenty of space, with four expansive terraces looking out over Madison Square Park. One such terrace – located directly off the master bedroom – even features a putting green. Sounds like the perfect place to celebrate landing a $26 million Vegas deal.
